avr bootloader v 20 purdue

Diag Commands Alpine Document 88 pages. Mainly focused on trying to gather all the different datasheets and siting them correctly. For the chips in our circuit, I went through the data sheets and other documents to get information about the common circuits. We also think that maybe our Atmega on the left glove might be fried. We wanted to see if the chip would be sending data out to the XBee and if that was being sent out wirelessly.
