Plaj, Florya’da yer almaktadır. İSPARK’a araç bırakabilirsiniz. Ayrıca, otobüs gibi toplu taşıma araçları da mevcuttur. Ulaşım için Metrobüs tercih edebilirsiniz. E5’de indiğinizde yaklaşık 15 dk yürüyerek menekşe plajına ve 30 dk yürüyerek güneş plajına ulaşabilirsiniz.

Plajda şezlong, şemsiye, duş, kabin ve tuvalet hizmetleri sunulmaktadır ve bu imkanlar ücretli olarak sunuluyor. Plaja dışarıdan yiyecek ve içecek kabul edilmemektedir. Plajın konumu, Florya Güneş Plajının Küçükçekmece tarafına doğru gidildiğinde çok az bir uzaklıkta yer almaktadır. Hafta sonları ve bayram tatillerinde yoğunluk yaşanabilen plajda, kurtarma botu ve ambulans hazır bekletilmektedir. Plajın uzunluğu metredir. Plajın otoparkı ise üzerinde araç kapasitesine sahiptir.

Plajda yüzme, güneşlenme ve piknik yapma imkanı bulunmaktadır. Yalnız halk plajı olduğu için biraz yoğun olabiliyor. Özellikle hafta sonları bu yoğunluk artabilir.

İstanbul şehir merkezine çok yakın olan plaj Bakırköy’ün Florya beldesinde bulunuyor. Küçükçekmece Gölü’nün hemen yanındaki plaja topu taşımayla ulaşabileceğin gibi şahsi araçla seyahat etmeyi de tercih edebilirsin. Aracın yoksa da elinde plaj çantan, şemsiyen, havlularınla sıcağın altında toplu taşımayla uğraşmaktansa şehir içi araç kiralama hizmetleri daha ekonomik ve konforlu olacaktır. Hem otobüs ve metrobüs saatlerine bağlı kalmadan gün boyu denizin keyfini çıkarabilir, deniz sonrası yorgunlukla kalabalığa takılıp ayakta yolculuk etme riskine girmeden evine dönebilirsin.

4-Menekşe Plajı kamp yerleri ve diğer konaklama seçenekleri
Menekşe Plajı genelde İstanbul’da yaşayanlar tarafından günübirlik tatil alternatifi olarak seçilse de hafta sonu tatili planlayanlar için kamp yapma imkanı sunuyor. It is one of the beaches of Kucukcekmece settlement, just km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.
It is a spacious coastline with green pure water and golden sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth.
