C 20 - Heating flow sensor fault code
The motherboard gives this fault as a result of the failure of the NTC sensor on the heater flow pipe or a short circuit. The reset key may not work in this code.
C 40 - Heater return sensor warning
The motherboard gives this fault as a result of the failure of the NTC sensor on the heater return pipe or a short circuit. The reset key may not work in this code.
C 28 - Flue gas sensor fault code
Error indicating that the flue gas sensor is faulty and cannot read the flue gas temperature. The reset key may not work in this code.
C 78 - Pressure sensor error
It is an error indicating that the pressure sensor is faulty and cannot read the water pressure. The reset key may not work in this code.
C 50 - Domestic water sensor fault code
The motherboard gives this fault when the NTC sensor on the plate heat exchanger fails or a short circuit occurs. The reset key may not work in this code.
C1 05 - Air vent program active
Indicates that the venting program is running. In this code, the key sign appears and returns to normal after a while.
C1 11 - Safety temperature level exceeded
If the value read from the temperature sensors exceeds the limit, this error code is given. Use the reset button and wait for the device to activate.
C1 10 - Limit thermostat activated
In cases where the heating flow water is 93°C or exceeds, the limit thermostat activates for safety and turns off the boiler and gives this fault. Use the reset button and wait for the boiler to activate.
C1 33 - Ignition error
The motherboard gives this error when there is a problem in flame formation or control in the burner. Use the reset button and wait for the device to activate.
C1 17 - High water pressure fault code
Indicates that the water pressure in the heating circuit is high (for bar and above). Drain the water of the boiler until the water pressure value is on the LCD screen.
C1 18 - Low water pressure
Indicates that the water pressure in the heating circuit is low.
C1 54 - Heating return water temperature higher than heating flow fault code
This error code is temporary. After a while, the boiler continues to operate normally.
C1 29 - Fan failure
If the fan does not start it will give this error.
C1 30 - Flue gas safety temperature exceeded
Indicates that the flue gas temperature is °C. This error may occur when the chimney is clogged or if there is a blockage in the condensate drain.
C1 56 - Incorrect supply voltage fault code
This error is given when there is a problem with the supply voltage to the board

Is the gas inlet valve of your boiler open? Check gas inlet pressure, mains connection, ignition electrode and cable, ionization electrode and cable, flue gas pipe and CO2.

F7 Fault Code: Flame continues to be detected even though the device is turned off.
Check the electrodes. Is the flue gas route open? Check if the motherboard is damp.
FA Fault Codes: Flame continues to be detected even though the gas is cut off.
Check the ionization electrode and gas valve. Clean the condensate siphon.
Fd Fault Codes: The reset button was pressed accidentally or for a long time.
Press the reset button again.

1 Fault Code: No Flue Draft
If it is flue, check your chimney, if it is Hermatic, check your Fan Motor or Prosostat part.
2 Fault Code: Overheating
There is air in the boiler system, take the air from the circulation engine.
3 Fault Code: No Flame Occurs
Your boiler is not getting gas. Check the gas valve and make sure that gas comes to your apartment by turning on your stove. If the combi has been turned off for a long time, reset it and repeat it 3 times.
4 Fault Code: Reached the Desired Temperature
Check the valves, if any, under your combi. At least 3 of your radiator taps must be open.
Bleed your honeycombs.
5 Fault Code: Potable Water 85 Degrees
Your three-way valve is leaking water to the faulty heating section.
6 Fault Code: No Flame Occurred (Ionization Failure)
Reset 3 times, if the fault still persists, your boiler's motherboard is faulty.
7 Fault Code: There is a Clogging in the Chimney
If your combi is flue, check your chimney and reset it after waiting 20 minutes. If it is Hermatic, the Prosostat of your boiler is faulty.
8 Fault Code: Fuse Fault
You will see the fuses on the motherboard of the boiler from the defective transparent cover, in which the spare fuses have been given by the factory.
Reset your combi by replacing it.
9 Fault Code: Computer Failure
Your motherboard is faulty.
E Fault Code: Voltage Too Low
(-) Fault Code: Heating is on. Everything in your combi is normal.

Sadece Ferroli kombilerinde değil, şuan kullanılan bütün kombilerde en çok arızalanan parça hiç kuşkusuz ısı sensörleridir. Kombilerin içerisinde iki farklısı sensörü bulunur. Bunlar NTC ve PTC olarak adlandırılırlar. Bu iki parça da sürekli olarak ana kart ile haberleşerek ısı bilgisini ana karta iletir.
NTC ve PTC farklı prensiplere göre çalışan iki ısı sensörüdür. NTC negatif ısı katsayısına göre çalışır. Yani ısı arttıkça direnç de artar ve ısıyı baskı altında tutmaya çalışır. Isı konusunda ise sürekli ana karta bilgi vererek ısının kontrol altında tutulmasına katkı sağlar. PTC ise bunun tam tersidir, yani Pozitif ısı katsayısına göre çalışır. Doğal olarak ısı arttıkça direnç azalır ve iletkenliği artar.
NTC kombi içerisinde suya temas ettiği için en fazla bozulan parça olması normaldir. Çünkü zamanla oksitlenme yapması kaçınılmaz oluyor. Parçanın kısa devre yapması da oldukça sık görülen durumlardan biri oluyor. Bu durumda NTC’nin tamir edilmesi ya da değiştirilmesi gerekiyor.
Kombide ısı sensörü arızalarında kullanıcıların fiziki bir müdahale yapmamaları tavsiye edilir. Çünkü NTC arızaları belirli bir teknik bilgi ve deneyim isteyen arızalardır. Eğer teknik bir altyapınız yok ise müdahale etmeniz daha büyük sorunlara neden olabilir. Bu nedenle ısı sensörü arızalarında Ferroli kombi servisi arayarak profesyonel yardım almak gerekir. Gelen ekipler kısa süre içerisinde sensörü değiştirerek sorunu ortadan kaldırırlar.
Bu makalemizde, sıcak su sensörü olarak bilinen, kombilerde sıkça arıza gösteren ve sıcak suyun gelmemesine sebep olan bu parça hakkında bilgi vermek istedik. NTC Sensörü, kombilerde farklı tiplerde bulunur. Bunlar marka ve modele göre suya temaslı ve suya teması olmayan NTC sensör olmak üzere iki tanedir. Her ikisininde yaptığı işlem aynıdır. Özetle sensörün görevi ısı algılamadır.
Kombilerin sensörü genellikle kısa devre oluşması ile arızalanır. Su kaçağı ve oksitlenme ile NTC senrör kısa devre oluşması ile arızalanması görülen sık arızaların başında gelir. Bu parça ısıya dayanıklı bir parçadır. Fakat devamlı ısı algılama görevi sebebi ile çok kolay arızalanabilmektedir. Bunun yanında suyun kireçli olması sebebi ile de sıkça arızalanabilmektedir.
Çoğu cihazda birden fazla NTC vardır. Genelde 2 tane sensör bulunduran kombilerin bu parçası kalorifer ve sıcak su da kullanılır. Fakat bazı nadir markalar ikiden fazla sensör kullanabiliyor gelişmiş daha iyi konfor sağlayan cihazlar da kalorifer gidiş ve dönüşünde iki adet ve sıcak su gidişi için 3 tane NTC kullanıldığını görebiliriz. Bu parçalar kombi markalarına göre değişkenlik gösterir ve elektronik yazılımlarına göre kullanılır. NTC arızası meydana geldiğinde kombi hiç bir şekilde ateşleme yapmaz. Örnek verecek olursak, sıcak su ve kalorifer NTCsi farklı olması sebebiyle, Kombi sıcak su konumunda ateşleme yapmaz, ama kalorifer sisteminin NTCsi farklı olduğundan sıcak su konumunu etkilemez ve çalışır.
