Bayrampa&#;a Mahallesi'nde ikamet eden Erol Ye&#;ilba&#; (62), sol aya&#;&#;ndaki a&#;r&#;lar ve yorulma nedeniyle Kars Devlet Hastanesi Ortopedi Servisi'nde sa&#; ve sol ayaklar&#;ndan tomografi çekildikten sonra Erzurum Atatürk Üniversitesi T&#;p Fakültesi Aziziye Ara&#;t&#;rma Hastanesi'ne gitti&#;ini burada da çekilen tomografilerde ayn&#; bulgulara rastlan&#;ld&#;&#;&#;n&#; söyledi. Aziziye Ara&#;t&#;rma Hastanesi Kardiyologu Prof. Dr. Sebahattin Ate&#;al'&#;n, muayenehanesinde muayene etti&#;i ve 26 May&#;s tarihinde protokol numaras&#; ile yat&#;&#; i&#;lemlerinin gerçekle&#;tirildi&#;ini de belirten Ye&#;ilba&#;, "sol bacakta iki damar&#;n t&#;kal&#; oldu&#;u" te&#;hisiyle rahatlad&#;. Ayn&#; serviste çal&#;&#;an Dr. Musa Hac&#;o&#;lu'nun sol aya&#;&#;na anjiyo yapt&#;&#;&#;n&#;, anjiyo sonras&#; ameliyat haz&#;rl&#;klar&#;n&#;n yap&#;ld&#;&#;&#;n&#;, 8 Haziran'da da sol baca&#;&#;ndan ameliyat edilerek stent tak&#;lmas&#;n&#;n kararla&#;t&#;r&#;ld&#;&#;&#;n&#; da vurgulayan Ye&#;ilba&#;, Kardiyolog Prof. Dr. Sebahattin Ate&#;al ba&#;kanl&#;&#;&#;ndaki ameliyat heyetinin 8 Haziran günü ameliyat ederek sol aya&#;&#;na stent takt&#;&#;&#;n&#; anlatt&#;.

Ye&#;ilba&#;, ameliyat&#;n ard&#;ndan sa&#; baca&#;&#;nda &#;iddetli a&#;r&#;lar&#;n olu&#;mas&#;yla, be&#; gün içinde simsiyah hale geldi&#;ini, 14 Haziran tarihinde ortopedi doktorlar&#; taraf&#;ndan diz üstünden aya&#;&#;n&#;n kesildi&#;ini, aradan 13 ay geçmesine ra&#;men olay&#;n &#;okunu üzerinden atamad&#;&#;&#;n&#; söyledi.

Erol Ye&#;ilba&#; daha sonra &#;öyle konu&#;tu:
"Kars'ta filmim çekildi ve sol baca&#;&#;mda damar t&#;kan&#;kl&#;&#;&#; oldu&#;u söylendi. Sonra Erzurum'a havale ettiler. Erzurum'da Sebahattin doktorun muayenehanesine gidip muayene oldum. Sonra beni yat&#;rd&#; ve ayn&#; gün ak&#;am&#; da anjiyoya ald&#; ve sol baca&#;&#;mda iki damar&#;n t&#;kal&#; oldu&#;unu sa&#; aya&#;&#;mda bir &#;eyin olmad&#;&#;&#;n&#; söyledi. Gün verdiler ve 15 gün sonra ameliyata ald&#;lar. Sol aya&#;&#;ma stent koyduklar&#; zaman sa&#; aya&#;&#;m&#;n damar&#;n&#; patlatm&#;&#;lar benim bir &#;eyden haberim yoktu. Ondan sonra sa&#; baca&#;&#;mda &#;iddetli a&#;r&#;lar&#;m ba&#;lad&#;. 5 gün boyunca hastanedeki ba&#;&#;rt&#;m ve gürültüm ortal&#;&#;&#; kar&#;&#;t&#;rd&#;. Sonra da operasyona alarak sa&#; aya&#;&#;m&#; kestiler. Aya&#;&#;m&#; kesip kesmeyecekleri konusunda benden imza bile almad&#;lar ve sormad&#;lar bile. Bir hafta sonra gelip e&#;imden imza alm&#;&#;lar. Olaydan sonra kendimi kötü hissediyorum. &#;u anda benim ya&#;ant&#;m bitmi&#; durumda. &#;nsanlara bakt&#;kça içim eriyor. Ne namaz&#;ma gidebiliyorum, ne bir hay&#;r i&#;ine gidebiliyorum ne de kom&#;umun cenazesine gidebiliyorum. O kadar çökmü&#;ümki maddi manevi her &#;eyden mahrum kalm&#;&#;&#;m. Çok zoruma gidiyor. Tekerlekli sandalyenin üzerinde kalm&#;&#;&#;m. Götürüp getirenim bile yoktur. Her gün a&#;l&#;yorum, a&#;lamad&#;&#;&#;m gün yoktur. Bir bugün a&#;layamad&#;m o da saatim dolmam&#;&#; ondan olsa gerek. Her gün yata&#;a girip a&#;l&#;yorum.

E&#;im bir taraftan ben bir taraftan a&#;lay&#;p duruyoruz. Burada bir yang&#;n olsa kendimi kurtarmaya gücüm yok, yan&#;p gidece&#;im. Ne kalkabilirim ne de kaçabilirim. Ke&#;ke kolumun biri olmasayd&#;, gözümün biri olmasayd&#; da aya&#;&#;ma bir &#;ey olmasayd&#;. Çok zor durumday&#;m"

Erol Ye&#;ilba&#;, avukat&#; Onur Gündo&#;du arac&#;l&#;&#;&#;yla Erzurum Cumhuriyet Ba&#;savc&#;l&#;&#;&#;'na ameliyat&#; gerçekle&#;tiren Aziziye Ara&#;t&#;rma Hastanesi Kardiyologu Prof. Dr. Sebahattin Ate&#;al ve Dr. Musa Hac&#;o&#;lu aleyhine suç duyurusunda bulundu. Gündo&#;du, soru&#;turman&#;n tamamlanmas&#;n&#;n ard&#;ndan ameliyat ekibi hakk&#;nda tam yarg&#; ve tazminat davas&#; açacaklar&#;n&#; söyledi.

Tüm tetkik ve incelemelerde sa&#; bacak sa&#;lam gözüküyor. Fakat tedavi sürecinde geli&#;en bir ihmal veya hata sonras&#; tahminimiz, amplikasyon kesilme an&#;nda olan bir hatayla sa&#;lam olan sa&#; baca&#;&#;n&#;n kesilmesi. Hekim arkada&#;lar&#;m&#;za dan&#;&#;&#;p dosyay&#; inceledi&#;imizde de sa&#; baca&#;&#;n&#;n herhangi bir soruna tabi olmad&#;&#;&#; ampütasyonu gerektirir bir soruna tabi olmad&#;&#;&#;n&#; gördük. Tabi bu bizim de&#;erlendirmemizdir bunun sonucunu mahkeme verecektir. Fakat ampütasyonun sa&#; bacak üzerinde yap&#;lmas&#;, müvekkilin sa&#;lam baca&#;&#;n&#;n kesilmesiyle birlikte muhtemelen yine de kesilecek olan sol baca&#;&#;n&#;n b&#;rak&#;lmas&#; müvekkili 2 baca&#;&#;ndan birden etmi&#;tir. 1. TERMS OF USE

- Providing scientific articles, books and informative publications for health industry.

- Providing structural, statistical and editorial support to article preparation stage for scientific journals.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

"Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. "USER"agrees and undertakes that s/he will not duplicate, copy, distribute, process, the pictures, text, visual and auditory images, video clips, files, databases, catalogs and lists within the "SITE", s/he will not be using these actions or with other ways to compete with "Turkiye Klinikleri", directly or indirectly.

The services provided and the context published within the "SITE" by third parties is not under the responsibility of "Turkiye Klinikleri", institutions collaborated with "Turkiye Klinikleri", "Turkiye Klinikleri" employee and directors, "Turkiye Klinikleri" authorized salespeople. Commitment to accuracy and legality of the published information, context, visual and auditory images provided by any third party are under the full responsibility of the third party. "USER"s cannot act against "Turkiye Klinikleri", other "USER"s and third parties by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" has no direct and/or indirect responsibility for any damage a third party suffered or will suffer regarding "USER"s actions on the "SITE" against the rules of the hereby "Terms of Use" and the law.

"USER"s accept and undertake that the information and context they provided to the "SITE" are accurate and legal. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is not liable and responsible for promising and guaranteeing the verification of the information and context transmitted to "Turkiye Klinikleri" by the "USER"s, or uploaded, changed and provided through the "SITE" by them and whether these information are safe, accurate and legal.

"Turkiye Klinikleri" may use the information provided to them by the "USERS" through the "SITE" in line with the terms of the "PRIVACY POLICY" and "USER CONTRACT". 6. CHANGES IN THE TERMS OF USE

7. FORCE MAJEURE

"Turkiye Klinikleri" is not responsible for executing late or never of this hereby "Terms of Use", privacy policy and "USER Contract" in any situation legally taken into account as force majeure. Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of monash.pw Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".

İnsan yaşaya yaşaya öğreniyor bazı şeyleri. Şu son 1 haftada yaşadıklarım bana epeyce bir acı verse de tecrübe sahibi yaptı bazı konularda.
Mesela bir kalp krizinin nasıl yaşandığını, yaşayan insanda nasıl bir etki yaptığını bilmiyordum ben. Çünkü daha önce hiç böyle bir vaka ile karşılaşmamıştım. Değil bir yakınımın uzaktan bir insanın dahi kalp krizi geçirdiği anlarına şahit olmamıştım.
Kriz geçiren kişi, filmlerde olduğu gibi birden kasılır, elini göğsüne götürür, morarır ya da kızarır sonrada ansızın yıkılıverir sanırdım. İşte o yüzden de ağır bir kriz geçiren ağabeyimi evinin önündeki bahçede, karların üzerinde, iki büklüm bir halde acılar içerisinde kıvranırken bulduğumda anlamadım neler yaşadığını.
Ancak çok sonra Saatler sonra doktorlar, "Ölümden dönmüş. Çok ağır bir kriz geçirmiş" dediklerinde farkına vardım onun neler yaşadığının.
Bir de mesela "Genç doktor tecrübesizdir. Güvenmemek lazım!" yargısının ne kadar yanlış bir şey olduğunu kavradım yaşadığım bu olaylar neticesinde. Ağabeyimin hayatını kurtaran Esenyurt Devlet Hastanesi'nde görev yapan 25 yaşındaki Doktor Numan Gürbüz'e can borçluyuz.
İnanılır gibi değil değerli okurlarım ama 7 saat boyunca kaldığı o hastanede bize gün boyu söylenen neydi biliyor musunuz? "Kalp ile ilgili bir sıkıntısı yok! Kas spazmı olabilir. Ya da panik atak filan!"
Meğer kalp krizi var mı yok mu anlamalarına yardımcı olacak asıl tahlili yapmamışlar. Doktor Numan sonradan farketmiş yapılmadığını. Eğer, acildeki o sedyede yılgın ve çaresiz düşen hastamızı eve götürmeye mecbur kaldığımızın hemen öncesi yeniden kan alıp, tahlile gönderen o genç doktor sonradan telefonla arayıp; "Derhal ambulansla bir hastaneye nakledin. Çünkü ağabeyiniz her an kalp krizi geçirebilir!" şeklinde uyarmasaydı belki de bugün canım kardeşim yanımızda olmayacaktı.
Bu arada Sağlık Bakanı Sayın Recep Akdağ'ın dikkatini çekmek istediğim bir iki nokta var.
Esenyurt Devlet Hastanesi çalışanlarının işi gerçekten çok zor. Günde ortalama acil vaka kabul etmek zorunda kalan o hastane bu yükü kaldıramıyor. Kaldıramadığı için de bazen böyle hayati tehlikeye yol açacak arızalar yaşanıyor. Bölge halkının durumu malum. Gelir ve eğitim düzeyi düşük insanların yaşadığı bir alan. O alanda sürekli action yaşanıyor.
Gözlerimle gördüm. 1 saatte 4 bıçaklama, 4 intihara teşebbüs, 2 trafik kazası ve onlarca ateşli hasta, kalp krizi vakası Hasta yakınları ilgisizlikten şikâyetçi. Bunun için de sürekli tatsız olaylar yaşanıyor. Doktorlara, diğer personele saldırılar had safhada. Sürekli tartaklanmaktan şikayetçi personel, "can güvenliğim yok!" diye isyan ediyor.
Evet. Aynı ilgisizliği ben de yaşadığım için hasta yakınlarına hak veriyorum ama bir yandan da onca hengame, kalabalık içerisinde doktorların da çaresizliğe düştüğünü düşünüyorum.
O nedenle bakanlık derhal takviye yapmalı. Bir an evvel adına yakışır bir hale, yani 'tam teşekküllü' hale getirilmeli o hastane. Ayrıca bilinmeli ki Esenyurt Devlet Hastanesi sadece Esenyurtlulara hizmet vermiyor. Daha büyük bir alana hitap ediyor. Mesela biz Bahçeşehir'de oturuyoruz. Bölgede tam teşekkülü başka bir hastane olmadığı için bizim için de gidilecek ilk yer orası. Gittik ama maalesef kılı kılına yırttık!
Çok şükür atlattık ama sonuç hüsranla da bitmiş olabilirdi.

Hoca sadece doktor değil. Anjiyo yaparken, stent takarken bile hastasına türkü söyleyen muazzam bir iletişim mühendisi! Tabii asıl operasyon önümüzdeki salı günü. Umuyorum herşey yolunda gidecek. Ağabeyim önce Allah'a sonra da bypass ameliyatını gerçekleştirecek olan Profesör Mehmet Salih Bilal ve ekibine emanet. Allah yollarını açık etsin

Doktor Hakkında

Prof. Dr. Sebahattin Ateşal, ile yılları arasında Atatürk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde lisans eğitimini tamamlamıştır. ile yıllarında Atatürk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi İç Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı’nda asistanlık yapmış ve uzmanlık unvanını almıştır. Bilimsel çalışmalarına devam etmiştir. Ardından yılında Atatürk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kardiyoloji Anabilim Dalı’nda çalışmalarına tamamlayıp, doçent unvanını almıştır. Erzincan TCDD ile Erzincan Devlet Hastanesi’nde görev almıştır. Atatürk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde kardiyoloji uzmanı olarak görev almıştır. Bir süre sonra MEDICAL PARK Fatih Hastanesi’nde çalışmaya başlamıştır. MEDICANA INTERNATIONAL İstanbul Hastanesi’nde de çalışmalarını sürdürmüştür.
