Obviously, none of those are a solution, but more of a hint as to what is really wrong. Press the Quick Settings button on the remote control, then select [ Settings ] — [ System ] — [ About ] — [ Device name ]. About a million times. We;ve had it for 2 years but I reported the Netflix issue to SONY at the start and they stopped replying to emails after 1 week. Post follow-up messages as to where they are with this.
